These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of CK Studio’s website and services. By accessing or working with CK Studio, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

CK Studio provides branding, web design, and graphic design services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables will be detailed in project proposals or agreements.

 

2. Intellectual Property

  • All custom designs remain the intellectual property of CK Studio until full payment is received.

  • After payment, you receive a license for agreed deliverables for your business use. CK Studio retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, marketing, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

3. Payments

  • Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your invoice or proposal.

  • Late payments may incur a fee or delay in project delivery.

 

4. Revisions and Approvals

  • Proposals specify the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Final approval of designs signifies your acceptance. CK Studio is not liable for errors found after approval.

 

5. Liability

CK Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs, website, or services.

 

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing. Fees for completed work remain payable.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
